    Standard With Every Meal Will Be A Classic Garden Salad

    Four Blend Lettuce, Cucumber Wheels, Tomato Wedges, Carrot Ribbons and Garlic Croutons

    Served with a Choice of Two Dressings (French or Ranch)

     

     

    On Your Invite When We Say "Meat" We Mean:

    Slow Roasted Sirloin

    Sliced Roast Beef Champignon

    with Mushroom and Onion Demi Glaze,

    Parsley Chive Steamed Potatoes and

    Fresh Vegetables

     

     

    On Your Invite When We Say "Chickens" We Mean:

    Fall Harvest Stuffed Chicken

    Apple and Prosciutto Stuffed

    Chicken with Basil Cream Sauce,

    Saffron Risotto and Fresh Vegetables

     

     

    On Your Invite When We Say "Veggie" We Mean:

    Stuffed Zucchini

    Zucchini Stuffed with Pine Nuts and Ricotta,

    Saffron Risotto and Creamed Leeks

    (This sounded super gross to me, but it's actually delicious!) 

     

     

    On Your Invite When We Say "Vegan" We Mean:

    An unknown dish mostly for Sarah Rohn but we will force those who do not select a menu choice to eat this. (Oh NO!)

     

     

    For Dessert:

    CUPCAKES!

    We are going to have four different flavors of cupcakes.

    All from the Swiss Maid Bakery in Harvard. (YUM!)
